What a fantastic day we had on our IOTPS coach trip to Greenwich!
The journey there was quick and comfortable, and once we arrived at 10:30 am, everyone headed off to enjoy the many attractions on offer. Many members visited the National Maritime Museum, others explored the Astronomy Photography Exhibition, some visited a Polar Exhibition, and others enjoyed a Maori New Year event, while some took a boat trip along the Thames or ventured over to the Docklands to discover Canary Wharf.
We certainly made the most of the day, and with such beautiful weather, plenty of ice creams and cold drinks were enjoyed too!
We met back at the coach at 5pm – hot, tired and exhausted, but all having had a thoroughly enjoyable day.
A huge thank you to everyone who organised the trip and to everyone who came along and made it such a success. We’re already looking forward to the next one!
